MAJIQ Inc. Completes Acquisition of Ediwise, a Division of Resolute FP Canada Inc.
TORONTO, ON, May 16, 2018 – MAJIQ Inc. (“MAJIQ”) has purchased Ediwise from Resolute FP Canada Inc., a subsidiary of Resolute Forest Products Inc. The acquisition further expands MAJIQ’s market leading presence in the Pulp and Paper software industry.
Ediwise, based in Mississauga, Ontario, is a leading provider of EDI transaction services, paper inventory management products and services for the publishing and printing industries.
